The MDT500 is the most affordable, fully automated dog tag embosser/debosser on the market. Designed to work with military-style ID tags, it is very user-friendly and easy to operate. Simply stack blank dog tags in the input hopper, and the MDT500 does the rest.
The machine comes with Windows-based software that allows interface with your external database on a standard PC for easy and efficient batch production of ID tags. Or you can issue dog tags individually by using the keyboard provided with the unit.
The MDT500 can emboss up to 100 dog tags per hour (45 characters per tag). The MDT500 PLUS has an additional capability of embossing on oversized red medical alert tags. Both models are ideal for low- to medium-volume applications and are considered the best value in automatic metal tag embossing in the industry. The optional custom branding of the machine, which includes professional repainting and graphics, is exclusively offered by Addograph Distributors. Small and large protective carrying cases are also available for purchase.
